  • Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
    At this time, we only offer refunds for returned items in their original, unused condition. If you'd like to exchange an item, we recommend returning it for a refund and placing a new order.
  • Do you offer digital products or downloads?
    Yes! Some of our products include digital guides and workbooks. After purchasing a digital product, you’ll receive a download link via email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.
  • What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email support@wisemindsshop.org as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist you!
  • How long does shipping take?
    Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and shipping times vary based on location: U.S. Orders: 3-7 business days International Orders: 7-21 business days
  • What is your return policy?
    We want you to love your purchase! Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving their item to request a return. To initiate a return, please email support@wisemindsshop.org with your order details. We will provide you with the return address. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Do you accept international orders?
    Yes! We currently ship worldwide. Please note that international shipping times vary, and customs fees or duties may apply based on your location. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
    We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please email support@wisemindsshop.org within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we may not be able to make changes.
  • How long does it take to process a refund?
    Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for us to inspect and process your refund. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
